Airport Info
Malaga Airport (IATA: AGP), also known as Pablo Ruiz Picasso Airport, is the fourth busiest airport in Spain and the main international airport for the Costa Del Sol. The airport is 8 km (5.0 mi) southwest of Málaga and 5 km (3.1 mi) north of Torremolinos. Malaga Airport has flight connections to over 60 countries worldwide, and 11,622,443 passengers passed through it in 2009.It currently operates with two terminals. A third terminal adjacent to the previous two is currently under construction and is to open on the 21st March 2010. A second runway is expected to open at the end of 2010.
